I’m super proud of myself!
Even though the exercise is producing way more fatigue than I’m used to … I’ve now done thirty minutes of Tai Chi every morning for fourteen days 🙂 🙂
Up until this morning I did eighteen ‘fundamental’ exercises. This morning I tried something a bit harder, a group of exercises for strength and balance. Unfortunately most involved co-ordinating arm and leg movements, some rather fancy hand positions, and rather more strength than I can rustle up.
I stayed upright! Before starting, I checked on a few reputable MS support sites and all declare that Tai Chi and Yoga can really help with balance and posture. It’s true! I’m sure Tai Chi is helping me with balance 😀

My sweet husband declared that I have the grace of a humback whale … I have a feeling he was not referring to those wonderful creatures in water!
I’ve read it takes twenty-one days to create a new habit – seven more days and I should have a daily Tai Chi habit happening.
It may take a little longer to find the same grace as a humpback 😀
I’m not ready to join any classes yet, I’ll stick to my IPad app until I’m ready to show off my wobbles in public. Has anyone else tried Tai Chi? What do you recommend?
