Kim Cleary operates the www.kimcleary.com website which provides books and writing news, a newsletter subscription, a blog, plus other bookish, writing and reading-related items (my Service).

Emails sent to my mailing list may contain cookies. These cookies identify whether you have opened an email and/or clicked a link within the email. These cookies record your email address, IP address, date and time you opened an email and/or clicked a link. They help me see whether an email has performed well or if I need to make changes in the emails I send.

I will only use your Personal Data for the purpose you requested and when the law allows me to. Most commonly, I use your Personal Data to:
